摘　　要：该文从建设“大上海商贸圈”的战略高度回顾了嘉沪商贸合作的历史与现状 ,系统地分析了上海建立国际贸易中心和加入 WTO背景下嘉兴商贸业所面临的机遇和挑战 ,提出了“要充分利用上海强大的极化效应和辐射作用 ,探讨两地间多层次、多样化的合作方式”;要“以提升嘉兴产品的质量和牌誉为中心 ,进一步扩大双方合作的领域和深度”;要“以特许连锁业为突破口 ,实施嘉兴商贸业的组织创新、业态创新和管理创新”The article retraces the history and current situation of the trade co operation between Jiaxing and Shanghai from the strategic angle of building the Trade Circle of Big Shanghai, and analyzes systematically the opportunity and challenge to the trade of Jiaxing on the background of building the Center of International Trade and joining in WTO. The authors point out we should make full use of the strong polarization reaction and radiance effects of Shanghai, and discuss a variety of methods of co operation between two cities. We should center on promoting the quality and brand of goods made in Jiaxing, and further expand the domain and depth of co operation; we should also break through the chain business of special permission, and carry out the innovation of organization, business and management in the trade of Jiaxing.
