摘　　要：分析了现有电力负荷控制系统的作用 ,并针对其功能在电力新形势下应用的局限性 ,提出了在负荷控制系统的基础上建立供电运营管理系统的设想。在简要介绍系统的总体构成后 ,着重分析了系统的功能和实现技术。从已完成的阶段性成果来看 。The paper analyses the function of the existant power local control system. Considering the application limitation of the system in the news situation of the power industry, the paper presents a tentative idea for establishing a power suppply operation management system based on the load control system. The overall system stucture is introduced, and then, the system function and the implementation method is mainly analysed. From the results partly achieved, the system realized the expectant goal.
