摘　　要：阐述了我公司自行研制开发的回转类零件NC加工智能编程系统 ,该系统是基于Esprit X11数控应用软件 ,利用其二次开发语言LanguageProgramming研究开发的智能化编程系统 ,主要应用于汽轮机关键零件———整体转子的NC加工的程序编制。该系统运用CAD/NC全集成的系统原理 ,在CAD模型接口、CAD几何信息的择取、NC模型转换、NC工艺规范、中间数据转换。The paper recites intelligent NC machining programme software which is work over by ourselves, this software is based on NC Application package\|Esprit\|11, using second empolder language. This software is used to create NC machining instruction for steam turbine key part\|the whole rotor.\;This system is utilized CAD/CAM integration theory, study on jointing with CAD model?choosing geometry information from CAD figure?NC model transformation?NC technics criterion?middle data transformation?creating NC instruction?imitating machining process, and so on.
