凝汽器铜管腐蚀原因分析及处理

摘　　要：荆门热电厂 4号机凝汽器铜管在大修检查中发现甲、乙、丙三侧水进口端 10 0mm左右管段有不均匀的铜基体裸露腐蚀 ,部分铜管中部也发生沉积物下腐蚀。在运行 1年后的临检中发现 ,在大修中更换的新铜管进口端又发生了相同的腐蚀。经过对材质、水质、运行方式等试验研究 ,调整硫酸亚铁成膜处理、循环水加药处理 ,在铜管表面形成了较好的保护膜 ,控制了铜管腐蚀。The corrosion was found at a,b,c inlet end of condenser tubes in overhaul.The corrosion under deposit occurred on the middle part of some copper tubes.The same corrosion appeared again on the new tubes which had been replaced for one year.Through testing and reaearch the FeSO 4 film treatment & cirulating water dodding treatment were adjusted.A protection film was formed on the tubes and its corrosion was controlled.
