摘　　要：介绍了近期东北地区水电建设的基本情况，提出了东北电网目前存在与水电有关的主要问题，对东北电网２０１０年前后水电建设的发展进行了探讨，提出了采用多种形式开发水电的建议。The basic condition of the present hydropower construction in the Northeast is introduced, and the existing main problems concerned with hydroelectric in the Northeast electric network are put forward. The development of hydropower construction around 2010 year in the Northeast electric network is discussed, and some suggests to develop hydropower by various ways are advanced. [
