摘　　要：文中以１９９０～１９９２ 年城市水资源测验与分析的资料为基础，应用现代的系统分析理论， 对长春市水资源供需系统进行优化管理，解决了常规方法难以解决的实际问题，有利于深化城市水资源研究工作。On the basis of the urban water resources exam and analysis data from 1990 to 1992, the water resources supply and demand system in Changchun city is made optimization by modern systems analysis theory. Some practice problems were resolved, which is difficult to resolve by the routine method. It will help to deepen the study of urban water resources. [
