摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色室壁运动 (CK)分析技术对胸部非心脏手术患者的左室节段性室壁运动异常的诊断价值。方法　应用 CK分析技术对 30例开胸手术患者的术前、术后进行定量对比分析。结果　术前、术后两组比较 ,术后组室壁节段彩色位移幅度明显低手术前组 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论　? Objective To probe the clinical value of applying color ventricular movement analysis technique(CK Tech) to segmental abnormal ventricular movement of the left ventricle of the non cardiac chest surgery patient.Methods The researchers have conducted a fixed quantity contrast analysis of 30 chest surgery patients before and after their operations by applying CK Tech to them.Results The displacement range of the post surgery group was distinctively smaller than that of the pre surgery group ( P <0 01).Conclusions CK Tech can provide a reliable index for the fixed quantity appraisal of the ventricular movement.
