摘　　要：本文调查了 30 9名因生殖道感染症状而就医的农村妇女对所接受的服务可得性的评价。结果发现 :服务费用较高、候诊时间长及基层设备缺乏是这些妇女们认为存在的主要问题。这些都可能影响到妇女对生殖道感染服务的利用 。This study explores womens perception of availability of the existing services they used for their symptoms related to reproductive tract infections(RTIs). The results showed that:women perceived a high expenditure of services, unsuitable working hours of the facilities, long waiting time at high level facilities, and poor equipment in grass root facilities as major problems. All of these problems might influence womens health care services utilization. It is suggested that efforts should be made to deal with these problems, in order to improve the availability of RTIs services.
