不同温度冲洗液冲洗膀胱引起病人体温变化的探讨

摘　　要：目的不同温度膀胱冲洗液持续冲洗膀胱与病人体温变化的关系。方法采用六组不同温度冲洗液对病人行持续膀胱冲洗。结果 2 0～ 38℃冲洗液冲洗膀胱 ,病人的体温差明显低于 10～ 2 0℃组。结论 2 0～Obiectives To study the relationship between washing fluid at various temperature for bladder washing and the change in patient's body temperature.Method washing fluid at six different temperature were used for continuous bladder washing. The change in patient's Temperature were observed.Results the temperature difference washed by fluid at 20℃ to 38℃ were remarkably lower than that group of washed by fluid at 10℃ to 20℃.Conclusion the optimum temperature of washing fluid for bladder washing were 20℃ to 30℃.
