脉炎平对药物性静脉炎和药物性炎症的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨脉炎平对药物性静脉炎和局部药物性炎症的治疗作用。方法外涂患部的皮肤 ,每天三次。结果脉炎平能使Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度药物性静脉炎所致的疼痛分别平均在 0 78h ,0 85h ,和 10 33h消退 ;使Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度药物性静脉炎所致的红肿体征分别平均在 10 0 6h ,2 0 80h ,2 6 67h消退 ;能使绝大多数药物外渗引起的局部炎症消退。Objective To Study effect of Mai Yanping on the treatment of phlebitis induced by stimulant drugs and local inflammation induced by seepage of stimulant drugs.Methods External drug application of affected regions for three times a day.Results Mai Yan ping could kill quickly the pain of phlebitis induced by stimulant drug,the time of eliminate pain of Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade of phlenbitis were 0.78?h,0.85?h,and 10.33?h respectively. Mai Yanping could eliminate red and swelling symptoms of phlebitis, the time of eliminating red and swelling symptoms of phlebitis was 10.06?h,20.80?h and 26.67?h respectively,and could also eliminate the local inflammation induced by seepage of stimulant drugs. Conclusion The Mai Yanping is a effective drug on the treatment of phlebitis and local inflammation induced by stimulant drugs.
