乙肝转阴解毒冲剂并乙肝转阴散敷脐治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎100例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察乙肝转阴解毒冲剂并乙肝转阴散敷脐治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法 ２００例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各１００例。治疗组口服乙肝转阴解毒冲剂，每次 １５ ｇ，每日３次，并乙肝转阴散脐敷；对照组予凯西莱片 ０．１ｇ，每日３次，饭后口服。２组均以 ３个月为 １个疗程。结果 治疗组可促使谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶（ＡＬＴ）复常，促使乙型肝炎ｅ抗原（ＨＢｅＡｇ）和乙型肝炎病毒ＤＮＡ（ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ）阴转，其疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 乙肝转阴解毒冲剂并乙肝转阴散敷脐治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有较好的疗效，可阻断或抑制ＨＢＶ复制，且使用安全，方法简便。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine we ourselves made YiGanZhuan YinJieDu Granule and QiFuYiGanZhuanYinSan in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B. Methods We randomly divided 200 patients suffered from chronic viral hepatits B into two groups, 100 pa-tients in group A and 100 patients in group B. The patients in group A received YiGanZhuanYinJieDu Granule, post - oral, three times a day, 15g each time, at the same time they received JifuYiGanZhuYinSan. The patients in guoup B received Tiopronin tanlets, three times a day, post - oral. The treatment course of both groups is three months. Results The result of treatment shows that YiGanZhuanYinJieDuGranule and JifuYiGanZhua-n-YinSan make ALT normal and enhance HbsAg and HBV DNA negative. The effect was more significant in gu-oup A thean group B. ( P <0.05). Conclusions YiGanZhuanYinJieDu Granule and Jifu YiGanZhuYinSan have a sound efficacy in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B to prevent HBV from copying, the treatment is safe and sufficient.
