摘　　要：目的 :建立测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素 B6 含量的方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法。选用 C1 8柱 ,流动相 :0 .0 75mol/ L Na H2 PO4-甲醇 (7∶ 3) ,对乙酰氨基酚为内标 ,检测波长为 2 2 1nm。结果 :同时测定甲硝唑和维生素 B6 的含量。甲硝唑平均回收率为 10 0 .6 % ,n=6 ,RSD=1.0 2 %。维生素 B6 平均回收率为 99.5 % ,n=6 ,RSD=1.19%。结论 :本法简便、快速、可靠 ,可用于复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素 B6OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of metronidazole and vitamin B 6 in complex metronidazole tablets.METHOD:The HPLC method employed a C 18 column with the mobile phase 0.075 mol/L NaH 2PO 4 methanol(7∶3).Internal standard was paracetamol.The detection wavelength was set at 221nm.RESULTS:The content of metronidazole and that of vitamin B 6 was assayed respectively.The average recovery for metronidazole was 100.6%(n=6),RSD=1.02%,and the average recovery for vitamin B 6 was 99.5%(n=6).RSD=1.19.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,fast and reliable.It was a good method for the determination of meteronidazole and vitamin B 6 in the complex meteronidazole tablets.
