摘　　要：目的 :建立了 HPL C法测定安素软膏中利多卡因的含量。方法 :在硅胶柱上 ,以乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸溶液 (75∶ 2 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 30 nm。结果 :利多卡因在 10 0～ 10 0 0 μg· ml- 1 的浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r=1.0 0 0 0 ) ,平均回收率为10 0 .8% (n=5 ) ,RSD=1.1%。结论 :本法简便 ,快速 ,准确 。OBJECTIVE:To establish a method by HPLC for the determination of lidocaine in Anso ointment.METHODS:The column was Partisil SiO 2,the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid (75∶25),the wavelength of the UV detector was set at 230 nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear (r=1.000) within the range of 100～1000 μg·ml -1 for lidocaine,the average recovery was 100.8%,RSD=1.1%(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of lidocaine in Anso ointment.
