摘　　要：低温电流比较仪是近年来国际上发展起来的最准确的直流电流比例量具 ,其比例准确度可达到 10 - 13以上 ,且可实现任意的比例值 。Cryogenic current comparator is the most accurate apparatus for DC current ratio developed recently.Its uncertainty of ratio can be small to the magnitude of 10 -13 .In addition,the arbitrarily ratio value can be obtained with this kind of comparator.Therefore,it becomes a very important apparatus in the electromagnetic measurement.
