摘　　要：如何推进高新技术产业的发展步伐 ,已成为当今世界关注的焦点。在美国 ,风险投资资本和风险投资家成为经济生活的流行语 ,将美国经济快速增长归因于技术的进步和高科技的篷勃发展是全球经济界的共识 ,而风险投资也被誉为美国经济增长的“秘密武器” ,风险资本回报远远高于其他投资。应尽早发展我国的创业投资事业 ,对推动我国的高新技术发展 。A step-up of the development of advanced technology has become the focus of the world. In the United States, risk investment and the investors have become household words. It is the common knowledge for the whole world that the rapid growth of American economy can be attributed to the technological progress and the rapid development of advanced technology, and risk investment is regarded as the “Secret Weapon” resulting in economic growth in the US. It is very important for us to initiate risk investment as soon as possible in order to push the development of advanced technology.
