益气活血方治疗放射损伤的临床及实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究益气活血中药对放射损伤的作用及机理。 方法 :16 6例恶性肿瘤患者行放疗 ,其中 86例加用益气活血中药 (A组 ) ,与另 80例单纯放疗 (B组 )比较 ,并观察中药对 80只吸收 5 0GyX射线小鼠股骨髓基质细胞体外集落的影响。结果 :A组有效率为 6 6 3% ,B组为 43 8% ,有显著性差异。A组患者生存质量、外周血象、T细胞亚群明显较B组高 (P <0 0 1)。动物实验结果显示益气活血方能促进骨髓基质细胞生长及集落形成。 结论To study the effect and mechanism of action of Chinese herbs with supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation(SQABC) effects in treating radiation injury Methods:166 cases of malignant tumors were treated with radiotherapy,of them 86 caese were treated together with Chinese herbs with SQABC effects,another 80 cases treated with radiotherapy alone,observing the action of SQABC in the colony of bone marrow stroma of 80 mice injured by 5.0 Gy X-ray.Results:The effective rate(CR+PR) of the SQABC group was 66.3%,singificantly better( P<0.05 )than that of the other group(43.8%).After herbal treatment,the survival quality of life,the level of the peripheral blood (WBC,Hb,PCT),CD 3,CD 4 were all improved significantly( P<0.01 ).Animal experiments showed that SQABC could mitigate radiation injured marrow.Conclusion:It was suggested that SQABC may have some protective effect against radiotherapy damage in patients with malignant tumor.
