钢罐灌装饮料后腐蚀行为分析及影响R_p测量值因素的研究

摘  要:分析了钢罐灌装饮料后的腐蚀行为 ,确立了用极化电阻Rp 预测灌装饮料后的货架寿命的方法 ;研究分析了影响钢罐极化电阻测量的因素 ,如温度、压力、罐内溶液体积、极化方向、扫描速度、腐蚀电位的稳定性等。得出在极化电阻的测量过程中 ,温度和压力对Rp 的影响较大 ,而罐内溶液体积对Rp 测量值的影响与Rp 的大小有关 ,极化方向、扫描速度、腐蚀电位的稳定性对RpThe corrosion behavior of steel cans after filling was analyzed, and polarization resistance developed to predict the shelf life of filled cans. The factors influencing the measurement of polarization resistance, including temperature, pressure, volume of beverage in can, orientation of polarization, scanning rate, and stability of corrosion potential, were studied. It was concluded that temperature and pressure affected polarization resistance to a greater extent, that the influence of volume of beverage in can on polarization resistance varied with polarization resistance itself, and that the effect of orientation of polarization, scanning rate and stability of corrosion potential on polarization resistance was weak, during the measurement of polarization resistance.
