摘  要:丝肽是丝素蛋白水解的中间产物 ,将蚕丝脱胶后的丝素经溶解、透析、提纯、降解、浓缩等工序 ,采用喷雾干燥法可制成高纯度丝肽粉。研究结果表明 ,丝肽与丝素的氨基酸组成虽然相同 ,但其分子量比丝素要小得多 ,分子构象以无规卷曲结构为主 ,聚集态结构呈无序疏松结构 ,因此 ,丝肽具有良好的水溶性 ,优良的吸湿与保湿功能 。Silk peptide is the intermediate product during the hydrolysis of fibroin protein. The high purity silk peptide powder can be obtained by the method of atomizing drying after the boiled silk (fibroin) is dissolved, dialyzed, purified, degraded and concentrated. The results show that the silk peptide has the same amino acid components as fibroin, but the former has a much [CM(48]smaller molecular weight than the latter. The molecular conformation of silk peptide is mainly random coil, the structure of aggregating state is disorder loose, which provides good solubility, excellent moisture absorption and retention for the peptide. Also the peptide can inhibit the formation of melanochrome notably and protect the hair well.
