垂直提升技术在煮熟茧管道输送系统中的应用

摘　　要：通过管道输送煮熟茧 ,可实现煮、缫工序的自动化和连续化 ,但受到厂房、设备排列等因素的限制 ,而将垂直提升技术应用于煮熟茧输送系统 ,则为推广和应用煮熟茧管道输送系统这一先进技术提供了有利条件。文中简要介绍了应用垂直提升技术后 。The automation and continuity in the process of cooking and reeling can be realized by transporting the cooked cocoon through pipe. But it is limited by such factors as factory buildings and equipment arrangement. It will be convenient to popularize and apply the advanced technology of pipe transportation system for cooked cocoon if vertical lifting is used into it. In the paper, it is introduced briefly the structure and working principle of pipe transportation system as well as some application examples after being adopted the vertical lifting technology.
