前混合磨料射流水下切割混凝土的试验研究

摘　　要：试验制备了混凝土试件，利用前混合磨料射流切割装置，试验研究了影响前混合磨料射流水下切割诸参数（压力、靶距、磨料浓度和横移速度）与切割深度的关系。试验结果表明：前混合磨料射流水下切割混凝土与水下切割钢板规律基本一致。It has not been reported that concrete is cut with the premixed abrasive water jet (PREMAJet) in water. Hence, the concrete work pieces are made. With the apprature of the PREMAJet. the relationship between influencing factors (pressure, stand off distance, abrasive density and traverse velocity) and cutting depth is experimented. The results show that the rule of cutting steel and that of cutting concrete have little difference with the PREMAJet in water.
