精煤压滤机两相压入料的试验研究

摘　　要：分析了精煤压滤机传统的给料方式，指出单纯泵给料和单纯贮料罐给料所存在的弊端，并通过对比试验，从滤饼水分、给料时间和能耗方面对单纯泵给料、单纯贮料罐给料与两相压入料的试验结果进行了比较，得出两相压入料是精煤压滤机更为合理的给料方式。This paper analyzed the traditional feeding method of clean coal filter press, and pointed out the disadvantages of mere pump-feeding method and mere storage container-feeding method respectively. Through comparative experiment, it compared the results of above two methods with those of two-phase pressure feeding method on the moisture content of filter cake, the feeding time and the energy consumption, and drew a conclusion that the two-pressure feeding method is more reasonable for filter press.
