摘　　要：以实际观测资料为基础 ,提出覆岩岩性参数的概念 ,探讨了岩性参数和时间影响参数的确定方法及二者之间的关系 ;On the basis of practical research data, this paper brings forward the concept of lithology parameter of overlying rock. It probes into how to confirm the way about lithology parameter and time influence parameter, and about the relationship between them. It also has some theoretical and pratical values for the dynamic movement forecast of the surface and rock strata and for the design of coal mining under building, railways and water bodies.
