摘　　要：我国西部地区蕴藏着较为丰富的特殊煤种资源 ,这些具有特殊工艺性质和用途的煤种具有很高的经济价值 .为了合理地开发和利用这些不可再生的宝贵资源 ,必须在充分调查和研究的基础上 ,加强管理 ,制定法规 ,实施保护性开采政策 .A copious resources of special coal types exist in Western China. These coals are of special quality and of high economical value. To make rational exploitation and utilization of these precious non regenerative resources, we should make sufficient investigations and give much attention to the administration and law making as well as working out policies for protective mining.
