摘 要:本文为北京科技活动中心东馆多功能厅楼层无粘结预应力砼井字粱的设计、施工总结。文中通过结构选型和方案比较,论证了27m跨度无粘结预应力井字梁的合理性和经济效果,介绍了设计上对主要结构问题的处理和具体构造,施工过程中对梁的弹性压缩值、预应力损失值以及梁施工反拱值进行了现场测试,并且提出了几点看法和建议。This paper summarizes the design and construction of unbonded partially prestressed concrete two-way floor grillage girders used in the multi-functional hall in the east bulding of Beijing Scientific and Technological Center. This paper also describes the rationality and economic effect of the 27m span unbonded partially prestressed concrete grillage girders and introduces the resolution of the main structural problems in design by choosing feasible structural system and comparison of schematic designs. During construction, the elastic compressibility of girder, the loss of prestressing and the camber of girders are observed and measured. In conclusion, suggestions for design have also been proposed.
