摘　　要：本文依据我国玉米生产的发展和市场需求的变化提出了我国玉米生产已进入了一个新的阶段 ,即提高单产改善品质的阶段。对我国玉米品质现状进行了分析 ,介绍了食用玉米研究进展。According to the development of maize production and market requirement,we pointed out that the maize production in China has been entered into a new stage,i e.the stage for both increasting the yields and improving quality.The issue reviewed the situation of maize quality,summarized the research advantage、development prospect and priority of high quality food maize
