摘 要:本文根据内框架房屋“上重下轻、先墙后柱”的震害特点,提出了以顶层作为内框架房屋的抗震薄弱部位进行此类单体房屋的震害预测方法。根据内框架房屋的结构及震害特点,震害预测工作分两步进行:第一步是进行砖墙的震害预测;第二步是进行砼框架的震害预测。预测指标为各自的顶层抗剪强度系数ξ值。文中在对已往震害资料分析计算的基础上,建议了不同破坏状态的砖墙和框架的ξ值范围。依据对唐山、天津、海城等大量内框架房屋的震害分析,提出了基于可靠度理论进行内框架房屋建筑群震害预测的方法。Based on the characteristics of 'upper heavier lower slighter and wall first column second' of seismic damage for inner-frame houses, a method on prediction of seismic danage for single inner-frame house has been presented, In this method the top story is taken as the seismic weak story and the prediction is divided into two stages. The first is for brick walls and the second is for innerreinforced concrete frames. The shear strength coefficient of yield story is taken as the prediction index. And, by means of analyzing the damage of post-earthquake, the ranges of the index for different damage states of brick wall and inner-frame are suggested respectively. Meanwhile, a method on prediction of seismic damage for a group of inner-frame houses, on the basis of the method presented above and the principle of probability-based reliability, is also put forward.
