6-BA对核桃组培苗生长和部分酶活性的影响

摘　　要：6-BA对核桃组培苗的生长有促进作用,同时可提高瓶苗转化酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,增强呼吸速率,增加叶片数,提高苗高和繁殖系数。以0.01～0.10ppm效果较好。6-BA can improve the growth of the hist-cultivate plant of Hopeiensis, andraise the activity of the invertase, SOD, POD and CAT of hist-cultivate plant of Hopeiensis. It can improve the breathing rate, the highth of the plant and the number of the lamina. Asa result, the propagation coefficient is raised. The best range of 6-BA is 0. 01～0. 10ppm.
