摘  要:目的 探讨妊娠时间作为妊娠早期生殖损伤观察指标的可行性。方法 以二硫化碳 (CS2 )作业女工为观察对象 ,①采用回顾性流行病学研究方法调查已孕女工妊娠所需的月经周期数 ;②应用前瞻性流行病学研究方法 ,追踪观察待孕女工至临床妊娠时的月经周期数 ;③整理回顾性研究现场空气中CS2 监测结果 ,监测前瞻性研究期间各观察对象接触CS2 浓度。结果 回顾性研究 (12 7名接触者和 10 8名对照 )和前瞻性流行病学研究 (2 5 7名接触者和 36 6名对照 )结果均表明 ,女工接触CS2 后各月经周期妊娠率明显低于对照组 ;且妊娠时间随其接触CS2 浓度的增高 (r =0 1198,P =0 0 2 4)及接触时间的增加 (r =0 2 799,P =0 0 0 0 )而延长。结论 妊娠时间可作为妊娠早期生殖损伤筛选指标之一。Objective In order to observe the practicality of time to pregnancy as a screen indicator for early reproductive damage. Methods ①Women with carbon disulphide (CS 2) exposure as subjects and those without exposure as control. The women who got a baby within five years recalled how many menstrual cycles were needed to get the clinically identified pregnancy in retrospective study; the women who began to stop using contraception and wanted to have a baby were followed how many menstrual cycles will be needed to have a pregnancy identified by doctors in prospective study; ②Monitoring the concentration of CS 2 at work site. Results ①The rates of pregnancy at each menstrual cycle were lower in exposed group than those in control both in the retrospective study and in the prospective study, and with significant difference statistically. ② There was positive relationship between time to pregnancy for each subject and her exposed concentration of CS 2 in work site ( r=0.119 8, P=0.024 ) and her standing age exposed to CS 2 ( r=0 279 9, P=0 000 ) when pregnancy was identified. Conclusion Time to pregnancy would be a practicable indicator for early reproductive damage both in retrospective study and in prospective study.
