寻呼作业女工血清5-羟色胺水平的探讨

摘　　要：目的　研究寻呼台作业人员血清 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)的变化规律。方法　采用荧光分光光度测定法对 76名寻呼台作业女工进行了血清 5 HT含量测定。结果　观察组工前血清 5 HT含量为 (72 7± 12 8) μg/L ,工后为 (79 4± 16 3)μg/L ,对照组为 (6 8 5± 10 8) μg/L ,三组间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;经q检验发现观察组工后高于工前 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　寻呼台作业人员血清 5 HT含量可在一定程度上反映其职业应激状态。Objective In order to demonstrate the change regulation of 5 HT in female paging workers.Methods Serum 5 HT was detected in 76 female paging workers by use of fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results Serum 5 HT levels in paging workers were (72.7±12.8)μg/L,(79.4±16.3) μg/L, before and after shift respectively, 5 HT level in the control group was (68.5±10.8)μg/L. Their differences were statistically significant( P <0 01). The serum 5 HT level in workers after shift was remarkable higher ( P <0 05) than that before shift, also significantly higher ( P <0.01) than than in control group. Stratum analysis in paging workers by work age showed no difference.Conclusion Serum 5 HT levels might be regarded as an early index for occupational stress.
