器官内淋巴管铸型改良方法

摘　　要：目的 :对器官内淋巴管铸型方法进行改良。方法 :用自行研制的水溶性淋巴管铸型剂 ,对家兔甲状腺、子宫等器官作器官内实质注射 ,所得铸型在光、电镜下观察。结果 :得到了完整的家兔器官内淋巴管铸型。结论 :对器官内淋巴管铸型方法作了进一步改进 ,得到了较大的淋巴管铸型 ,铸型剂更易为淋巴管吸收。Objective To improve the method of casting mould of lymphatic vessel in organs.Method Make parenchymal injection to rabbits'organs,e.g.thyroid,uterus,with self made casting mould preparation water soluble to lymphatic vessel,then observe the casting mould under light microscope and electron microscope.Result A complete lymphatic vessel casting mould of rabbit organ was got.Conclusion The casting mould method of organic lymphatic vessel was further improved,a larger lymphatic vessel casting mould was got,such preparation of casting mould could be more easily absorbed by lymphatic vessel.
