Lichtenstein法腹股沟疝修补的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的：观察无张力（Ｔｅｎｓｉｏｎ－Ｆｒｅｅ）腹股沟疝修补术（Ｌｉｃｈｔｅｎｓｔｅｉｎ法）的近期疗效。方法：回顾性分析５７例次腹股沟疝Ｌｉｃｈｔｅｎｓｔｅｉｎ法修补术后的近期临床结果。结果：Ｌｉｃｈｔｅｎｓｔｅｉｎ法修补腹股沟疝手术方法简单，手术时间短；手术后病人能早期下床活动；手术后病人的住院时间明显缩短；病人术后的疼痛较轻，仅１例需要用度冷丁止痛，其余病例均仅口服非甾体类解热止痛药镇痛；术后一例发生手术区血肿，无一例发生切口感染；随访３～１８个月，尚无复发病例。结论：Ｌｉｃｈｔｅｎｓｔｅｉｎ法修补腹股沟疝是目前最理想的术式之一，复发性腹股沟疝和老年高危患者应首选Ｌｉｃｈｔｅｎｓｔｅｉｎ术式。Objective:To study the clinical advances of the new method(Lichtenstein)of inguinal herniorrhaphy.Methods:Respective study on the result of 57 cases of inguinal herniorrhaphy with Lichtenstein(tension-free inguinal herniorrhaphy).Results:The study showed:that the operation time is 47 minutes, and the hospital-stay is 2.5 days. The method is simple and the risk is low.Conclusion:Lichtenstein(tension-free inguinal herniorrhaphy)is one of the best methods for inguinal herniorrhaphy and it is advisable for the old patients and patients with recurrent hernias.
