中药补骨脂薄层分离条件的选择

摘　　要：目的 :以少量的实验选择、分离补骨脂展开剂的种类以及比例搭配。方法 :依据介电常数 ε及文献常用的展开剂 ,采用 U5(53)表以均匀设计布点。结果 :以较快的速度获得补骨脂有效成分的分离条件。结论 :该方法是有效、可行的 ,它省时、省材。Objective: To select the types and ratio of developers by some few sets of experiment on separation of effective components of psoralea fruit. Methods: Depending on dielectric constant ε of solvents and commonly used developers,the U 5(5 3)tables were used to fulfil even design experimental scheme Results: The conditions of separation of effective components in psoralea fruit could be obtained with faster speed.Conclusion: The method used in the study is an effective one with the specificity of time saving,material saving and rapidity.
