摘　　要：目的　建立厚朴及其伪品救必应的紫外光谱鉴别方法。方法　采用中药鉴别紫外谱线组法进行实验。结果厚朴及其伪品救必的紫外谱线组图像、最大吸收峰数目及峰位值具有明显差异。结论　本法简便 ,准确、灵敏 。Object\ To establish a method for the identification of Magnolia officinalis Rehd et Wils (Magnoliaceae) from its imitation the Ilex rotunda Thunb (Aquifoliacea) Methods\ By UV spectrophotometry Results\ The UV spectra of the two herbal drugs gave different maximum absorption peaks both in number and intensities Conclusion\ The method was both simple and accurate and can be used to distinguish one from the other
