脂糖舒对CCl_4所致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨脂糖舒对实验性损伤的保护作用。方法建立大鼠CCL4 肝损伤模型 ,将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组。治疗组于建模后灌胃施药。检测丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT) ,观察肝脏病理学变化。结果脂糖舒可以抑制CCl4 导致的大鼠血清ALT升高 ,使肝细胞变性、坏死得到明显的改善和恢复。Objective To probe the protective effects of Zhi Tang Shu(ZTS) on hepar in rat.Methods The model of CCl 4 induced hepatic injury was established in rats,ZTS was used for treatment of the model.The rats were randomly divided into contrast,normal and ZTS treated group,the latter was subdivided into high dose (10g/kg.bw),middle dose (5.0g/kg.bw) and low dose (2.5g/kg.bw) groups.The ZTS was administrate by gastrogavage.Blood serum ALT was detected and the livers were sampled for routine histological examination.Results The increase of CCl 4 induced serum ALT in rats was inhibited by ZTS(10.0g/kg,5.0g/kg,2.5g/kg).Furthermore,the liver cell degeneration and necrosis were obviously improved and repaired after administering ZTS.Conclusion ZTS has obvious protective effect on liver of rat.
