摘　　要：介绍了以研华工控机为核心 ,实现固体粉末状物料自动称量配比系统的软、硬件设计及提高称量精度所采取的措施 ,经实践验证方案可行。The paper describes the design of the software and the hardware in the automatic weighing and proportioning system for the solid powder material, which used Huayan industrial controller as the nucleus, and the adopted measures to increase the weighing accuracy. It's been proved feasible during the practice.
