连铸坯带液芯轻压下时压塌现象的数值模拟研究

摘　　要：用有限元方法 (FEM)对连铸坯轻压下时出现的压塌现象进行了数值模拟。研究了铸坯液芯率、轻压下变形量、钢水静压力和内腔过渡形状对压塌量的影响。The collapse phenomenon during the liquid core reduction in slab continuous casting has been numerically simulated with FEM The influence of liquid core rate, soft reduction rate, ferro static pressure and the internal form of liquid core on the collapse has been investigated It is shown that the collapse is caused by bending of wide side under the action of unstable bulging in narrow side
