摘 要:COREX,MIDREX,电炉,薄板坯连铸连轧(CME流程)与德士古,HYL-Ⅲ,电炉,薄板坯连铸连轧(THE流程)是两种钢铁生产新流程。比较了这两种流程140万t/a钢铁厂的设备组成、投入产出与经济效益,并分析其原因。THE流程能耗偏高,经济效益还不如CME流程,但TEXACO,HYL-Ⅲ作为一种生产海绵铁的方法,尚有发展可能。COREX,MIDREX,EAF,Thin Slab Continuous Casting & Continuous Rolling(CME Process)and TEXACO,HYL-Ⅲ,EAF,Thin Slab Continuous Casting & Continuous Rolling(THE Process)are two new Iron & Steel making processes.The equipment composition、input and output、economic effect of a 1,400,000t/a Iron & Steel Plant which applies CME Process orTHE Process are compared and the reason is also analyzed in this paper.Althoughthe energy consumption of THE Process is rather higher and the economic effect is less than CME Process,as a way to produce DRI,TEXACO,HYL-Ⅲ has the posibility to develop.
