摘  要:本文对作者提出的风口直吹管预燃煤粉的数学模型进行了实验验证.应用该数模对高炉喷煤直吹管预燃煤粉进行了数值计算和预测.根据计算结果,直吹管可预燃一部分煤粉,提高煤粉在风口区的总燃烧率.A set of experimental equipment to imitate the pulverizd coal combustion in blow-pipe of blast furnace was established and experimental verilication of the mathematical mode proposed by the authors was carried out. Applying the methematical model to the process of pulverized coal combustion in blow-pipe of blast furnace helps proper selection of the operation parameters, including the optimal lance location for coal injection. Acorrding to the prediction, part of pulverized coal is pre-combusted in the blow-pipe, which increases the percentage of combusted coal before entering the blast furnace.
