摘　　要：安钢 5× 30 0 m3高炉从 1995年 9月开始喷煤 ,1997年喷煤比达到 78kg/ t,为进一步提高喷煤量和降低生铁成本 ,在对原喷煤系统进行改造和完善的基础上 ,选择了合适的煤种 ,原燃料质量进一步改善 ,1998年 3月 4日开始了烟煤无烟煤混喷试验 ,并取得成功 ,现烟煤配比稳定在 75 %以上 ,达到了节能、降耗、增效的目的。The pulverized coal injection system was put into operation on five 300 m 3 BFs at Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. in September, 1995. The average coal injection rate reached 78 kg/t in 1997. A series of measures, such as modernizing the PCI system, improving coke quality, selecting the suitable coal, are adopted to raise coal injection rate. The bituminous and anthracite mixed injection system was adopted on March 4, 1998. It proved success. At present the proportion of bitumite in the mix is over 75 %. The coke saving and productivity increasing has been obtained.
