摘  要:通过对钢液凝固时其气泡和非金属夹杂的形成机理分析 ,以及中间包内钢水流动数学模型研究 ,发现中间包的结构与操作对 2 0 #连铸管坯质量具有较大影响。因此 ,对其结构与操作进行了改进 :改善结构 ,以减少钢水冲击 ,提高钢水滞留时间 ,均匀钢水质量 ;改进钢水流入、流出操作 ,避免钢流与空气的直接接触 ,减少二次氧化 ;降低连铸时的钢水过热度 ,通过这些措施 ,2 0Through analyzing formative mechanism of bubbles and nonmetallic inclusions during the course of melted steel solidifying and reseaching into the flow of liquid steel in tundish by a mathematic model, it is shown that the structure and operation of the tundishes plays an important part of quality for the 20 # carbonsteel's products. So some measures are taken as follow: Making better the tundish structure, to decreasing wallop of liquid steel, to lengthen the staying time of liquid steel, to uniformize the liquid steels Improving the influent and effluent operation of liquid steels, to avoid liquid steel's getting in touch with air, to decrease their second oxidation. Reducing excessive temperature during continuous casting. After above measures being taken, it is remarkably advanced for qualities' grade of 20 # carbonsteel.
