摘　　要：针对HiB电工钢生产中水喷淋系统出现的问题 ,从理论上进行了分析和研究。结果表明 ,喷嘴结构和水喷淋系统的布局对钢板冷却质量影响较大。根据现状 ,提出了不同的改进方法 。The problems occurring in the water spray system in the process of HiB electrical steel sheet are theoretically analyzed. Results show that construction of the spray nozzle and arrangement of the spray nozzle and of the water spray system affect considerally the cooling quality of the steel sheet. In light of the current conditions different methods for improvement are provided to the technical institutions concerned as reference in making decision.
