摘 要:板形与板厚是带钢几何尺寸精度的两个重要质量指标 ,板形与板厚控制之间存在耦合关系 ,使得分别控制的热连轧机板形和板厚设定均达不到目标值。在建立耦合关系模型的基础上 ,完成了板形设定和自适应穿带控制的解耦设计 ,实现板形板厚设定的综合控制。板形设定解耦模型已经成功地在大型工业轧机上投入运行 。The demands for thickness,profile and flatness of strip has been increasingly severe,as users are actively promoting the automation of fabrication processes.It is important to establish process control models for combined shape and gauge control system in hot strip rolling. The essential of shape(profile and flatness) control and gauge control is roll gap control.A system of mathematical models that describes the interaction between strip thickness and crown,and hot strip rolling parameters is presented.When shape control and gauge control are not combined in one system, work roll bending forces give a deviation in strip thickness and crown control.Thus,to realize the strip thickness and crown coupling,decoupling models are designed for the finishing stand setup programs including shape setup and finisher adaptive threading.Decoupling models in setup programs are applied on 1700 mm hot strip mill WIS(G)CO,Wuhan ,China,and the product quality has been improved than ever.
