摘　　要：研究了新型高强度螺栓钢的化学成分、组织和性能 ,采用淬火 +低温回火或淬火 +高温回火热处理工艺 ,钢的强度、塑性和韧性都有很好的配合。用新型高强度螺栓钢制作的 2 5 0 0四辊可逆式轧机万向接轴联接螺栓 。Chemical composition,microstructures and mechanical properties of a new high-strength bolt steel has been studied.The result shows that the strength,plasticity and toughness of the steel are in good balance when it is quenched and tempered at low temperature.The bolts made by this new high-strength bolt steel and used for universal joints of the 2500 reversible 4-high mill have long servicc life.
