摘  要:通过热应力计算及不锈钢层组织分析 ,研究了 SHS—离心法制备的不锈钢内衬复合钢管不锈钢层中裂纹产生的原因以及消除裂纹的措施。研究表明 ,内衬层开裂是钢中的夹杂使钢变脆以及冷却过程中热应力共同作用的结果。通过加速相分离过程、减少内衬层中的夹杂、提高塑性以及提高钢中奥氏体含量等措施 。The tension properties, microstructure and the crack formation of stainless steel layer in the composite pipe made by centrifugal-SHS process were investigated. It was shown that the nonmetallic inclusions make the stainless steel brittle. In the brittle stainless steel layer the crack is caused by the thermal stress. The plastic deformation of the stainless steel can relax the thermal stress. The plasticity of steel can be improved by accelerating the process of phase separation and reducing the nonmetallic inclusion contnet in the stainless steel. Increasing the fluidity of the molten slag by adding CaF 2 into thermit is helpful to reduce the nonmetallic inclusions.
