中铬耐磨铸钢的开发及其在磨煤机衬板上的应用

摘　　要：对新型衬板材料——中铬耐磨铸钢作了研究 ,结果表明该材料韧性好、硬度高 ,且热处理工艺简单。在火力发电厂钢球磨煤机衬板上的使用证明 :中铬耐磨铸钢衬板价格低、寿命长。A new lining board metarial——medium chromium cast steel was studied. The result showed that the steel has good toughness and hardness, and its heat treatment is simple. The use of medium chromium cast steel as coal mill lining board demonstrated that it is cheap and has long service life, is worthy to be used widely.
