摘　　要：介绍了承钢 (承德钢铁集团有限公司 )在线 CAS- OB精炼炉的计算机监控技术。根据 CAS-OB工艺流程的要求 ,开发了具有对设备和工艺过程的控制点实施监测、故障报警与查询、模型计算、过程控制和生产报表等功能的监控软件。本监控系统具有操作方便、处理速度快等特点 ,能满足在线 CAS-The on line computer monitoring and controlling system of CAS OB refining equipment at Chengde Iron & Steel Company has been introduced by this paper. The software of monitor and control which has the functions of equipment and process monitor, fault alarm and inquiring, model calculation, process control and production report forms. The operation of monitor and controlling system is convenient and rapid, so it fits in with CAS OB refining requirements for rapid treatment.
