摘  要:由于唐钢球团生产所用精矿粒度粗 ,膨润土配量高达 3 .5 %~ 4%。为提高球团矿品位 ,欲在球团中配入部分转炉尘泥以降低膨润土用量。为此 ,在试验室研究了用 7%~15 %尘泥取代 1.5 %~ 4%膨润土的效果及其对球团性能的影响。结果表明 。Because of coarse granulometry of concentrate, 3. 5~ 4percent of bentonite is need in pelletizing, Tangang №1 ironmaking plant. In order to increasing TFe of pellets, it is expected to decrease bentonite consumption with adding some BOF dust in pelletizing. Aiming at this object, the experiments on balling property, on sudden heat resistance property, on roasting property and metallurgical proterty etc. have been done in proportion of 7~15 precent of BOF dust and 1.5~4 precent of bentonite. The results indicate that it is feasible with some BOF dust replacing some bentonite.
