小球团烧结矿残碳量的测定

摘  要:在实验室小球团烧结研究的基础上 ,取配碳量为 4.0 % ,焦粉分加比例为 5∶ 5时成品烧结矿上部的单体球进行残碳量分析。测得小球的残碳量为 1%左右 ,F e O含量为13 .5 2 %。分析认为 ,小球团烧结适宜的燃料添加方式为全部外加 ;内配碳过多会造成能量利用率降低 ,使烧结矿 F e O含量升高 。On the basis of studying the MPS process, the content of residual carbon in the MPS, which the carbon proportioning rate is 4.0% and the ratio of separate addition of coke is 5∶5, had been measured by the experiment of carbon combustion. The results show that,the content of residua l carbon and FeO in this MPS is about 1% and 13. 5% respectively.By analysis, it is proposed that adding all fules externally would be the best fule addition manner. Adding too much fules internally would decrease the energy utilization, increase the FeO content in sinter and worsen the quality of sinter.
