摘　　要：漏钢预报是连铸的一项重要技术 ,文中简要介绍了宝钢开发的漏钢预报系统BBPS,该系统从 1 999年 9月投入现场应用以来 ,操作性能和各项技术指标比原引进日本的漏钢预报装置有较大的提高 ,在提高连铸机的产能、改善铸坯质量、减少漏钢事故等方面发挥了重要作用 ,该技术已完全取代了原来引进日本的技术。Being one of important techniques of continuous casting, the breakout prediction system BBPS developed in Baosteel is briefly introduced in this paper, which has better operational performance than that of the old breakout prediction facilities introduced from Japan. And now it is playing an important role in increasing production capability, improving slab quality and reducing the occurrence of breakout events in place of original techniques from Japan.
