摘  要:木香薷 (ElsholtziastauntoniiBenth)中提取的精油不仅有芳香气味 ,而且具有抗菌和杀菌作用 ,可以治疗痢疾、肠胃炎、感冒等病症 ,在香精香料工业和医药方面有极大的应用价值 .利用超临界流体CO2 萃取法及毛细管气相色谱仪和色谱 质谱 计算机联用分析仪 ,从木香薷精油中鉴定出 4 7个化合物 .Elsholtzia stauntonii Benth belongs to Elsholtzia genus plants.Its essential oil mainly has antifungal and antibacterial properties.Besides,it can be formulated in various high graded perfumes.The Elsholtzia staumtonii essential oil has been studied by means of GC and GC MS DS.It has been identified that the main chemical components of Elsholtiza stauntonii essential oil are transcaryophyllene (25 67%),1,8 cineole(14 97%).This experiment is the first time that SFE CO 2 is applied to study chemical constituent of Elsholtzia stauntonii essential oil,and 19 components are reported in E.stauntonii essential oil for the first time.
